Crawl 4 the Cure is a fundraising event run by 4×4 clubs and individuals with a goal of raising as much money as possible to win the fight against MS. All proceeds go to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Upper Midwest Chapter.
Our goal is to cover all expenses through business sponsorship so we can maximize the donation to the MS Society. Here are some of the things your business sponsorship can help pay for:
Catered dinner Saturday evening
Participant give-aways (door prizes gift certs, raffle items)
Event merchandise (logo wear, event t-shirts, stickers)
Snacks and refreshments for trail rides Friday and Saturday
Trail ride and off-roading activity sponsorships
Event insurance and permitting
Rental costs for ice arena, port-a-potties, tables and chairs
Gold Level Sponsor ($1500+ Cash or In-Kind Donations)

Silver Level Sponsor ($500-$1499 Cash or In-Kind Donations)

Recognition at the event banquet
Business sponsor event admission* for up to 2 adults and 2 kids
Option to provide item(s) of your choosing in participant gift bags
Option to display your company banners on-site at event
*NOTE: Business sponsor event admission does not include participant gift bags or door prize raffle tickets based on the amount of the donation. Business owners and employees that want to have the full participant experience, receive gift bags and raffle tickets for chances to win door prizes are encouraged to register as normal participants and fundraise separately from this business sponsorship. Additional sponsorship details
Sponsorship checks can be made out to MS Society or donations can be made through our DIY Online Fundraising page to ensure tax deductibility for the business.
Crawl 4 the Cure is not a standalone 501c3, nor are the off-road clubs running the event
Check with your business accountant for tax deductibility of in-kind or service donations
Business sponsorship dollars offset the money we retain from participant registration fees to cover event expenses.
