In Consideration of being permitted to officiate, work for,or for any purpose whatsoever to participate in the Crawl 4 The Cure, the undersigned for himself,his personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin; HEREBY RELEASE CRAWL 4 THE CURE, HTR 4X4 CLUB, TWIN CITY OFF ROAD, THE CRAWL 4 THE CURE PLANNING COMMITTEE, CRAWL 4 THE CURE VOLUNTEERS, THE GILBERT OFF HIGHWAY VEHICLE RECREATION AREA and all agencies connected with it; all referred to herein as Releasees, from any and all liability to the undersigned, his personal representatives, heirs and next of kin for any loss or damage on account of injury to the undersigned or his property or resulting in the death of the undersigned Whether caused by the negligent act or mission of releasees while the undersigned is officiating, working or for any purpose participating in such event. In addition, the undersigned AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the releasees from any loss, liability damage or cost they incur due to any such officiating working or participating by the undersigned, whether caused by releasees negligence or otherwise AGREE TO ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK for any bodily injury, death, or property damage from releasees negligence or otherwise while the undersigned is officiating in working for ; or for any purpose participating in the Crawl 4 The Cure.
